New Features

• In the Template listing, the author has been replaced by the user who made the most recent update to the template. If no modifications have been made, the author’s name will be displayed.
• In the request management, sessions with the status “Cancelled” are now included when selecting the “All” filter.
• We have added a new entry to the main menu to access our “Clinical Simulation Administration Course.” To enroll, simply scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
• We have added a new setting that allows the Administrator, Technician, or Instructor to input the exact participation minutes of the Standardized Patient at the end of a session. This will enable greater accuracy in calculating each Standardized Patient’s participation hours. The participation minutes will be reflected in the “Standardized Patients” report.
• At the end of a session, the Administrator, Technician, or Instructor can now record the actual student attendance for the session. This improvement will also allow for more accurate statistics on student attendance.
• In the Announcements Screen, the Participating Instructors of the session will now be displayed, replacing the Responsible Instructor.
• For organizations using the Confederated Site model, the options to “edit” and “delete” Courses, Providers, Supplies, Fixed Assets, and Templates have been disabled in confederated sites, they can only be modified in the Central site. In the case of Templates, they can no longer be duplicated in confederated sites. This adjustment effectively enhances standardization and consistency between the Central and Confederated sites.

Bug Fixes

• Supply stock changes in inventory control were not being reflected. Fixed.
• The Fixed Assets report did not allow viewing a specific asset. Fixed.
• The KPI report download has been redesigned, allowing users to select a specific month for the report. This redesign also improves download performance.
• Incorrect numerical formatting of student counts in the Center Usage report. Fixed.
• Minor localization errors. Fixed.
