New Features

Instructor Calendar: Now you can get a calendar view of all the Instructors at your site. If you need to see the scheduling for a specific Instructor, you can apply a filter.
Participant Availability: Now, when you add Instructors to the actvity Participants list, their availability is checked. In this way, you make sure all the Instructor are available at the time of the activity.
Careers and courses are synchronized between master and slave sites.
When scheduling an Activity, the current user (Responsible) was always added as Participant. Now, the it’s up to the user to included him/herself as Participant.
You can access this release notes directly from the application.

When copying an Activity, the system was always assuming a english date format, causing some activities to be copied to the wrong month. Now the system always presents and validates an ISO date format, eliminating ambiguity.
An error occurred when copying certain Activities. It has been solved and Activity copy works all the time.
In certain time zones, late activities were not shown. Now, all activities are displayed regardles of the time.
When a sync error occurred, the sync for that site didn’t continue with the next item. Now, the sync process skips the offending item and continues with the next one.
More clear and specific on-screen instructions for activity Participants when scheduling a Workshop.
The rich text editor displayed a warning about an obsolete version. The component has been updated.
