New Features
- A new Attendance Module has been created, enabling the registration of students and/or invited attendees to a particular session by scanning the QR code associated with the session. In the ConfigurationModule, a new option has been added to control the visibility of the QR code and allow the registration of guests who are not registered in the system.
- To gather information on the attendees who scan the QR code when registering for a session, we have added the “Attendance” report, available in the Reports Module, where a general list of attendees to the sessions can be viewed and downloaded. This report also allows filtering by specific dates. The Excel download option of this report will enable center administrators to generate more detailed reports on attendees across different sessions.
- A “Maintenance” report has been added to the Reports Module, providing administrators with both an overview and detailed view of the preventive and corrective maintenance performed. The report includes charts and a table with maintenance details, and the information can be exported to Excel and PDF.
- When creating or editing a session, the “Number of Students” field has been left blank and is now mandatory. This ensures that session requesters will record the actual number of students planned for a session, facilitating the work of technical staff who prepare the scenarios by enabling them to provide a more accurate amount of materials for the sessions.
Bug Fixes
- In the Supplies Module, when selecting the “Critical Stock” view, the table was not correctly filtering supplies marked in red, indicating critical stock levels. Fixed.
- In the Configuration Module, when changing a setting and saving it, a success message appeared. However, when navigating to another module and then returning to Settings, the change was not saved, leaving the setting as it was originally. Fixed.
- In the Supplies Module, when removing stock from a supply item, the success message was displayed incorrectly. Fixed.
- Minor translation issues. Fixed.
