New Features

  • In the Fixed Assets module, the option to create and edit maintenances has been removed from the detailed view of a fixed asset. This improvement aims to centralize all maintenance-related activities within the “Maintenance” module, located in the same submenu.
  • In the Reports section, a new “Maintenance” report has been created, providing a detailed view of the expenses associated with both preventive and corrective maintenance. Additionally, it is possible to filter the information by asset type, maintenance type, semester, month, manual, and quarter. This report includes three charts: Total Maintenance Cost between Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance Cost by Asset Type and Corrective Maintenance Cost by Asset Type. These charts will automatically update according to the applied filters.
  • A search function has been added to the report tables, allowing users to easily find records by any data displayed in the table.

Bug Fixes

  • In the Incidents report, the description was not displaying correctly, preventing proper visualization of special characters. Fixed.
  • Instructors who were removed by the administrator were still being displayed in the list of participating instructors when creating, editing, or cloning a session. Fixed.
  • When reserving an activity from the “Request Management” module, the error message regarding schedule and room conflicts with another session was not displaying correctly. Fixed.
