New Features
- The Instructors’ report has been restructured to now deliver the number of sessions, hours and minutes of participation.
- New section for managing client schedule modules (time slots). Clients can now create, edit, and delete schedule modules (time slots) that will be used in session management.
- In the Configuration, Clients can now select whether to use schedule modules (time slots) or manually enter the hours in session management.
- On the Announcement Screen, the participating Instructors will now appear instead of the Responsible Instructor.
- On the Announcement Screen, the time interval between images has been changed from 5 to 10 seconds.
- In the Standardized Patients list, only Patient users who are currently active are displayed.
- In the KPI report, a column has been added with the names of the participating Instructors associated with each session.
- In the session creation/edit form, the “scheduled by” field has been removed and replaced with only the participating Instructors field. This also improves the system’s reporting.
Bug Fixes
- An error was displayed when starting the Announcement Screen without selecting a time zone. Fixed.
- Error when initializing the “Modules” report if no associated sesion is found. Fixed.
- Filters in the report tables had a formatting issue with numbers, which did not sort the data correctly. Fixed.
- Discrepancies in the calculation of the number of participating Instructors in the KPI report. Fixed.
- In the creation/editing of rooms, the “Code” field is now limited to a maximum of 10 characters.
- Repeating sessions did not save UTC fields. Fixed.
- UTC hours were not saved correctly. Fixed.
- Year format in reports was not displayed correctly. Fixed.
